Server rules

• Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the European Union, when posting or sharing content.
• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or disseminating any material that, by its nature or distribution, contravenes any local, national, or international law.
• Illegal Content: Users shall not post or share content that violates criminal or civil law, including but not limited to content facilitating unlawful acts or trafficking in illegal goods.
• Pornographic Material: Users shall not post or share pornographic material or content depicting explicit sexual acts.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Users shall not post or share content that promotes or glorifies racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, casteism, or any other form of hateful or discriminatory expression directed toward a group or individual.
• Incitement of Violence or Violent Ideologies: Users shall not advocate, endorse, or incite acts of violence or disseminate ideologies aimed at promoting violent behavior.
• Harassment and Doxxing: Users shall not engage in targeted harassment, coordinated “dogpiling,” or reveal personally identifying information (“doxxing”) of other individuals without their consent.
• Violent or Sexually Explicit Imagery: Users who upload images or media containing violent or sexually explicit material shall label such posts as “sensitive content.”
• Copyrighted Works: Users shall not post or share copyrighted materials without proper authorization or attribution. Where fair use or legally permissible exceptions apply, users must clearly indicate the source and any necessary permissions.
• Attribution of Third-Party Content: Users posting content created by others shall provide clear attribution to the original author, photographer, or other rightful owner.
• Disclosure of AI Usage: Users who employ artificial intelligence tools (including, but not limited to, image generators or automated content creation software) must clearly disclose that such content has been partially or wholly generated by AI.
• Limitations on AI-Only Profiles: Profiles that exclusively post AI-generated content, without meaningful human-created or human-curated contributions, are subject to suspension or termination at the platform’s discretion.
• False or Misleading Information: Users shall not intentionally post or share information they know to be false or misleading, particularly where such content could result in harm to others.
• Deceptive Practices: Users shall not engage in fraudulent practices designed to misrepresent identities, affiliations, or the authenticity of posted content.
